-What is your shipping Policy?
John Denning Studio ships worldwide with USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days for most works. Please note that these shipping times do not include production time and special packing requirements. We will let you know right away when you should expect to receive your order. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note that multiple orders may ship in several shipments.

*Standard USA shipping is for all contiguous states. If you place an order from Hawaii or Alaska, We will provide a custom shipping quote for these orders.
*Products over 40" long that are shipped flat, such as framed art, MetalPrints and bronze sculptures may require a wood crate and freight. We will provide a custom shipping quote for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.
*Shipping to more than one address may incur an additional charge.
Shipping Outside of the Continental USA, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests:
- If you reside outside of the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, we will contact you regarding your shipping preferences.
- We are not responsible for customs clearance, duties and taxes required for international shipping, if applicable.
- Notifications of Order Shipment are sent via email. Please make sure that you have entered your information correctly. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 2 business days, this may indicate that you need to contact us.
- Please contact us at studio@johndenningstudio.com if you have any additional requests, such as gift boxing, split deliveries or if you have any questions about your order at any time.
-What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
We want you to be absolutely delighted about your new artwork!
- We do our utmost to ensure that your artworks are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. If your artwork arrives damaged, please take photos and keep all packaging and contact us immediately at studio@johndenningstudio.com for further instructions.
- Please await our instructions and never send anything back to the print lab on your own accord, of we will not be able to make any arrangements for a replacement or refund.
- Please make sure that you review all of the details of your order and that you ask any questions before finalizing your order on all special orders. But if you are disappointed with your artwork for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so we can figure out the best way for you to get a replacement or refund.
- Exchanges only on special orders.
